Has anyone else had there payments account closed arbitrarily by +Google? A cryptic email says only "Due to suspicious activity, your Google Payments account has been temporarily closed."
I went to payments.google.com and went through the verification process and they still won't reactivate my account. Worse still, they won't provide any indication as to why this is happening aside from a vague "violation of terms of service".
How am I supposed to keep this from happening again if they won't tell me what happened in the first place?
