Marcy is the vehicle line director responsible for the all-new 2015 Mustang among other vehicles and she credits her mom with encouraging her to take advantage of her math and science skills. Everyone with daughters (or sons) should encourage them to follow their dreams and not be afraid of numbers. Science and engineering are cool!?
