The only one that's kind of debatable is #4 about whether it makes sense to replace an older car. Like #1, if you're driving an 7-8 year old Prius that still gets mileage in the 40s, you're not going to save much, although you do get a new car. On the other hand if replace a 15 mpg car with a 30 mpg car you'll make more of difference. ?
