The old MacBook Pro is being parted out in the hopes of helping anyone that wants to keep their's running instead of buying new

I've split the useful parts of the late-2006 MacBookPro2,2 (A1211, 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo) into bundles for reuse by those that want to keep similar machines active.

I aspire to someday be half the storyteller that Peter Egan is.

I've been reading Peter's words in +Road & Track for much of the past 30 years and along with Dennis Simanaitis' technical pieces they were the highlight of the issues I got in the mail every month for many of those years. 

While did get to spend some time talking with Dennis on a couple of media trips including a weeklong jaunt to Japan in 2010, unfortunately I've never had pleasure of meeting Mr Egan. Hopefully that opportunity will still come one of these days.  

If not and Mr Egan happens to read these words, I just want to say Thank you!
