I discovered a real cool feature of +Google+ this evening
If you have a link to a video in a G+ post like this
California Custom: Barry's Speed Shop — Mustang Countdown
and then then you happen to put in some numbers that look like a time index such as 0:23 the time index will automatically be highlighted like a link. If you click on the time link, it will automatically jump to that point in the video. Go ahead and try it.

Youtube is the same.
+Charles Burney I knew that there has been a way to do it in youtube for years by putting the time index into the URL. However, for this I hadn't even tried to do it, I just put a time index into a message and then noticed it was hyperlinked.
I think FB does it as well.
