I've heard you need a lot of extra memory because the garbage collector isn't very efficient.

Being a Mac Pro owner myself I can attest that the monolithic cheese grater was never a thing of beauty but the new iCan is just laughably ugly, as evidenced by how much entertainment we get from taking jabs at it haha. It almost makes you forget that it also completely fails at actually being what it is supposedly designed to be…a pro workstation. I wonder if the trash cans in the Swiss railway station look like this; that would at least explain where the inspiration came from.
