I don't understand. How can a Governor say that they have some of the best healthcare in the world when 1/4th of the state doesn't even have it? He's right – there isn't such a thing as free money – and unfortunately in the long run this will end of costing the state (and the Feds) more. But what do I know… it just sounds like politics to me.
