The mastermind behind the look of original Porsche 911 has died at age 76 2


Ferdinand Alexander Porsche was the grandson of the original Ferdinand Porsche that created the first hybrid vehicles at the turn of the 20th century, the 1930s Auto Union Grand Prix cars and the Volkswagen. The younger Porsche, commonly referred to as Butzi went on to start an industrial studio called Porsche Design that developed everything from watches to ridiculously Blackberry phones.
