It's a batmobile!!!!
I get the low drag from a slim frontal area. Not sure how the narrow front track will affect high speed cornering performance. Do not understand why it needs a vertical tail (not supporting a rear wing) unless the racer is unstable at high speed and needs the vertical tail to keep pointing straight.
