It turns out 86% percent of the donations to Mitt Romney's SuperPac were in amounts of over $100,000. The Republicans and especially Romney and Gingrich are indeed the party of the 1%.
Only 9% of Romney's donations were from small dollar donations of less than $200. Meanwhile 47% of Obama's donations were from donors of less than $200.

I suspect you're conflating "Romney's" super pac with Obama's regular campaign fund. Pretty cynical effort.
Actually the 9% of donations from small dollar donors to Romney was his main campaign fund, as opposed to the 47% percent for Obama. The total donations to the super pac supporting the Obama campaign are also much less than what has been given to republican candidates but I don't have the exact numbers handy.
