Not allowing a condo resident to plug in an EV is just plain idiotic, especially if they are willing to pay for the juice. The only viable excuse for not permitting residents to charge would be if the wiring was not up to the task, but then it should just be upgraded.

We are working now to try to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen in Minnesota.
The condo association and not the owner pays for the monthly electricity, that is weird.
Steve: It's possible the condos were converted from individual apartments, and not metered for individual residency.
