What companies including +Google, +Adobe, Apple, Intel and others did is essentially price fixing. They created an illegal cartel that limited the mobility of employees and thus their ability to demand higher salaries for their work. Hopefully, Judge Koh will find for the plaintiffs and hit these companies hard.
