Tire treads are not supposed to be shiny. I would assume that the owner of this otherwise lovely 1967 +Ford Motor Company #Mustang doesn't generally drive in the rain, but even on dry pavement, this is not good for traction. This is especially true if you have installed a more modern fuel injected 5.0-liter HO V8.

Between "Snake & Mongoose" and Rush, it's a great time for racing cinema. I've never been a fan of drag racing, but I developed tremendous respect for it when I tried my hand at several years ago. http://www.autoblog.com/2008/06/16/ford-racing-invitational-08-the-aftermath/

Remember "pro-forma" earnings when Silicon Valley companies would ignore all kinds of items to make it look like they were making a profit right up until the moment they filed for bankruptcy? That's kind of what +Tesla Motors did yesterday.
