In the mid-1980s, the whole automotive industry seemed to be abandoning rear-wheel-drive and the +Ford Motor Company  #Mustang  almost succumbed

Fortunately cooler heads prevailed in Dearborn and the coupe that Ford was developing with Mazda became the Probe. Meanwhile, the Fox-body Mustang was given substantial upgrades and went on to a major resurgence. ?

Despite the fact that politicians will undoubtedly get a lot of campaign money from members of this group, they should disregard them on this issue

Patents need wholehearted reform and software patents if they are allowed at all (and frankly I don't think they should) should be restricted only to specific implementations, not overall concepts.?

I wonder how Paul Ryan and other Republicans feel about Walmart's "free lunch"

We frequently hear conservative Republicans whining about poor kids that get free lunches in school and families that get by with the help of food stamps.  However, they almost never talk about corporate welfare programs that help make the Walton family among the richest in the history of the world.

Read Walmart's own filings with the SEC and you'll find that the company acknowledges that a big portion of its profitability comes from the fact they they do it by underpaying employees and letting them rely on public assistance.  This is why I refuse to shop at +Walmart. I'd rather support companies like +Costco that pay employees a living wage and benefits but still manage to make a lot of money. ?

I tried out Microsoft Office Mobile on my phone and my conclusion is simple – Why bother?

After installing, I tried to open up a couple of work documents and the first thing I found was that Office cannot edit .doc files, only .docx. Even with a docx file, you can't much more than basic text editing.  There is no support at all for tracked changes, an important feature for anyone doing collaborative work.  

For the same free price as MS Office Mobile, you can also get Quickoffice or Documents to Go, both of which support multiple file formats

Docs to go also supports tracked changes. Don't waste your time installing this.?
