2014 Nissan Rogue 01

2014 Nissan Rogue SV AWD

Back in the mid-1990s when Toyota kicked off the modern compact crossover utility segment with the original two-door Rav4, these machines really were compact. Depreciation sucks, but if if can get you one of these on the cheap, it might be worth it?

There are those who see a fully loaded Honda Accord V6, and think “Yup, I think I’ll buy that without seeing what this money will get on the used car market.” And then there are the smart ones who understand you could buy this supercharged mammoth and have enough left over cash to buy a year’s supply of freedom fries. Fortunately, the crew from Event Solutions International trailered the Leaf that +Nissan is loaning me this week, the 51 miles from their facility to my home

As it is, I don't have a level 2, 240-volt charger so I'm going to have survive on a regular old wall socket in my garage for the next week. With 3/4 charge in the Leaf battery, it's going to take 11.5 hours to top if off.  If you are going to buy an EV, just go ahead and invest the $1,500 or so in a 240-volt charger.?

If +BMW can make a pickup truck out of an M3, why can't +Nissan do the same with a Leaf?

Engineers at Nissan's Arizona proving ground chopped up a Leaf and combined it with parts from a Titan and Frontier to create this one-of-a-kind Leaf-camino?

Last week at our Performance Car of the Year testing, we had a 2015 Mustang GT in our high-horsepower posse. It was…quite popular. Without further ado, here is a collection of our impressions, plus our official test data.

Over the course of 2013, we published a series of sketch to production stories on each of the first five generations of Mustang in the run-up to the 50 year celebrations. Each of those can be found on this page: https://media.ford.com/content/fordmedia/fna/us/en/news/2013/08/02/mustang.html

Here are some of the sketches that emerged during the design competition for the 2015 model. I just wish that my former colleagues had chosen to share some of the other sketches to show off ideas that didn't make the cut. ?
