One of the wildest concept cars of the last half century now belongs to Jim Glickenhaus and he plans to make it roadworthy
I try not to envy people, but if I was crazy rich, I'd want to think I'd be like Mr. Glickenhaus when it comes to my cars. He owns many of rare and one-off cars and unlike so many collectors he doesn't just park them in a secret garage somewhere. He takes them out and drives them on the road just like his Dino Competizione. http://www.autoblog.com/2009/08/02/meadowbrook-concours-2009-1967-ferrari-dino-206-competizione-by/
Last I checked the he had accumulated more than 20,000 miles on the one-of-a-kind Ferarri P4/5 http://p45c.com/the-garage/ferrari-p45-by-pininfarina/
Cars are meant to be driven and that's what Jim Glickenhaus does. ?
James Glickenhaus doesn’t always add cars to his collection, but when he does, he prefers icons.
