In fairness, it seems like a rather sophisticated attack that just about any other major U.S. company might have been victim to. Much of the controversy on the Target breach is how it handled the aftermath, and who knew what, and when.
I think it is interesting that the Target IT chief is out, but Kathleen Sebelius still has her job.
