I'm upset that time travel can't be patented. That is a big let down. If someone could patent time travel, we would have it by now.
+David Simmons have you applied for a patent on time travel? I'd say the odds are better than even that if you submitted an application to USPTO, it would be granted
I did, but I had traveled 10 years into the future. I got my logic wrong. I thought that if I went 10 years into the future to file the patent I wouldn't have to wait 10
years for it to be granted. I should have went 10 years in the past. No I'm scared to refile because it would invalidate my application 10 years from now.
+David Simmons but if you go back 10 years ago and file you can get it granted and it will expire 10 years from now. Then you can go back 10 years into the future and amend your application with slight tweaks and improvements and get another 20 years of monopoly protection, then just keep repeating that at 20 year intervals and you will own the rights to time travel in perpetuity!
