Ford already announced the 2015 Ford Mustang was going to be revealed on Dec. 5. And while it’s not going to be shown on all the networks like the original was in 1964 (there were, after all, only three TV stations then), it is going for a national reveal next week on Good Morning America.

Apple is generally considered to have better lawyers than any other tech company given there success in patent cases

However, this is an absolutely ridiculous statement in court today:

“when I was young, I used to watch television on televisions that were made in the United States.”

He then named several brands, such as Magnavox, that manufactured their TV sets in the U.S. and had enjoyed a large share of the U.S. TV market.

“But they didn’t protect their intellectual property,” he said. “There are no American TV manufacturers today.”

Apple has been fighting tooth and nail to protect its highly dubious software patents and does it make any of these items in the United States? Not a chance!?
