Something about that red and blue striped livery, no matter what racing car you put them on it looks better

Reshared post from +Porsche

It’s been a while since we first met each other in the late 1960s. And although we battled alongside many fights, spend some endless nights and celebrated not only a few victories together, your colours still look as young as ever.
Happy 150th anniversary, MARTINI. Great to have you back on the track with us.

Wow! Just Wow! 3

Jeff Zwart is one of the best automotive photographers and filmmakers in the world. He's also wickedly fast at the wheel of +Porsche 911s and for many years now he has competed at Pikes Peak.

This year, they used an array of cameras on and in the car as well as all the way up the mountain. Best of all they cut it together without any electronic or rock music soundtrack.

This is pure unadulterated footage of the a fast Porsche climbing Pikes Peak with nothing but the ambient sound. Beautiful.
