Who would have thunk it? Make a healthy profit while paying living wages, providing benefits and allowing unions?
All I can say is screw the Waltons and everything they stand for!

Costco announced record profits today, averaging $10,000 in profit per employee compared to $7,400 at Walmart.
The secret to Costco's success is paying employees well, providing benefits, and giving them an opportunity to unionize. http://huff.to/XoTt48post via fb.me/usauncut

I do my best to avoid getting anything at Wally World.
There are items I could purchase there which cost less than at Costco, or elsewhere, but I'd rather pay a bit more and not contribute to the collapse of the 'Murrican economy.
Ask the American car companies how high wages, benefits and unions helped their bottom line. There is more to Costco's success than that. I do agree that happy employees are good for the company but wages are not the only factor that makes employees happy.
The auto companies are the perfect example of how unions do it wrong.
