It's the same amount of daylight arbitrarily moved about… I'm sure it made sense at some point, but now it's just annoying… like pennies.

It's long past time to reign in the excesses of law enforcement agencies in America

There has been no shortage of despicable and anti-democratic actions by both the Obama and the previous Bush administrations but it's good to see the DOJ at least come out to protect the constitution in this instance.
