If I were running Sprint or AT&T right now, I'd stop all sales of iPhones right now until Apple backs off on this ridiculous injunction.

Dan Hesse at Sprint has to be thinking twice now about the iPhone deal given the sales they've had so far and the cost of subsidies. Despite, iPhone dominating at AT&T, I'm sure the One X probably would have brought them some good incremental revenue.
I suppose Apple probably wouldn't care because they'd just keep selling through their own channel. Unless the carriers refuse to activate new iPhones it might actually be pointless.
+David Henry I'm guessing that it won't be long before we hear that T-Mobile's One S and VZW's DInc 4G are also on hold.
