Somewhat oddly, given that you're in the USA and I'm in Canada, where 22 Minutes originates, when I try to view the video in this post I get a “This video is not available in your country or domain.” message in the video player.
That's odd, because I got the same response when I tried to view it on the CBC blog where I originally saw it. A search on youtube turned up another copy. All this cross border rights control is getting ridiculous just like the BBC iPlayer or trying to watch Hulu outside the US.
